Recipe: Roasted Tomatoes with Brie and Samurai Bread
Ingredients:
1 pound grape tomatoes
3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
4 cloves thinly sliced garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 ounces Brie (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread out evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour (until tomatoes collapse and brown slightly).
- Cool tomatoes and mix in brie cubes.
- Sprinkle chopped basil leaves on top and serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
